A balanced constitution indicates a good innate endowment and proper postnatal nourishment, characterized by a moderate physique, rosy complexion, abundant energy, and strong organ functions. The foundation of a balanced constitution lies in the sufficient and peaceful qi and blood, and the harmonious balance of yin and yang. People with a good innate endowment have a good adaptation to the environment and tolerance, and their immune regulation mechanism is flexible and well-developed. They only need to maintain their original lifestyle to achieve a healthy and balanced state. Selecting the following acupoints for moxibustion can soothe the meridians, promote qi and blood circulation, and help maintain the state of a balanced constitution, preventing it from deviating towards an excessive direction.
It is recommended to perform moxibustion once a day, targeting 2 to 3 acupoints each time, with each acupoint being treated for 30 to 40 minutes. Rotate the points treated, with a 10-day period constituting one course of treatment, and then rest for 2 to 3 days before continuing with the next course. (If time permits and there is a need, more acupoints can be treated with moxibustion. The specific duration should be adjusted according to one's own physical needs.)
Maintain a moderate diet, avoiding frequently consuming overly cold, hot, or unclean foods; ensure balanced nutrition with a reasonable combination of coarse and fine grains.
