On the lateral side of the arm, along the line connecting the Elbow Tip(EX-UE1) acupoint and Shoulder Bone Hole(TE-14) acupoint, 3 cun below Shoulder Bone Hole, at the posterior and lower edge of the deltoid muscle. (This acupoint is paired, one on each side)
Raise your arm and bend the elbow slightly with some force. You can see a triangular muscle on the upper part of the outer side of the upper arm (the deltoid muscle). At the intersection of the posterior lower edge of this muscle with the humerus (level with the posterior axillary transverse crease), there is a sensation of soreness and swelling when pressed, which is the location of this acupoint.
