Shoulder and arm pain, upper limb paralysis or paralysis, periarthritis of the shoulder joint, etc.
In the shoulder area, behind the Shoulder and Clavicle(LI-15), when the arm is abducted, there is a depression visible at the posterior and lower part of the acromion. (This acupoint is bilateral, one on each side)
Step 1: Clench your fist tightly, bend your elbow, and abduct your upper arm; Step 2: The prominent muscle on the upper arm is the deltoid muscle; Step 3: At the lower rear edge of the deltoid muscle, directly below the highest point of the shoulder (the acromion), there is a depression. Pressing on this area will cause a sensation of soreness and swelling, which is the location of the acupoint.
