Cough, wheezing, nosebleed, goiter, pain in the anterior and lateral aspects of the upper arm, etc.
On the medial aspect of the arm, along the radial side margin of the biceps brachii, 3 cun below the anterior axillary fold, this acupoint is distributed with the lateral brachial cutaneous nerve, the musculocutaneous nerve, and the cephalic vein, as well as the muscular branches of the brachial artery and vein. (This acupoint is bilateral, one on each side.)
Sit down, extend your arm forward and horizontally, and lower your head. The point where the tip of the nose touches the inner side of the upper arm is the location of this acupoint.
