In the middle of the elbow crease, at the radial side of the biceps brachii tendon's depression, the acupoint is located with a slight bend of the elbow. (This acupoint is bilateral, one on each side.)
Step 1: With the palm facing up and the elbow slightly bent; Step 2: Use one hand's index finger to touch along the elbow crease from the outer (radial) side to the inner (ulnar) side, and in the middle of the elbow bend, you can feel a large tendon (the biceps brachii tendon); Step 3: The depression on the outer (radial) side of this large tendon is the location of this acupoint.
