On the volar side of the wrist, at the radial side of the wrist transverse crease, where the radial artery pulsates. (This acupoint is bilateral, one on each side.)
Sit with your arm extended and palm facing to the side. Gently touch the radial artery on the radial side of the wrist transverse crease. Move slightly towards the radial side from where you feel the pulse, and the depression reached is the location of this acupoint. This acupoint is directly above Channel Ditch (LU-8).
