At the midpoint of the first metacarpal bone on the radial side, at the junction of the red and white skin. (This acupoint is bilateral, one on each side.)
Step 1: Extend the palm upwards; Step 2: At the back of the first metacarpophalangeal joint, at the midpoint of the first metacarpal bone, on the edge of the white fleshy mound (thenar muscle) of the palm (the junction of the red and white skin), press where there is a sensation of soreness and swelling, and that is the location of this acupoint.
