On the inner side of the arm, 2 cun below the anterior axillary fold, between the long and short heads of the biceps brachii muscle; or 7 cun above the Marsh at the Crook (PC-3) acupoint. (This acupoint is bilateral, one on each side.)
Extend the elbow and turn the palm upwards. Measure straight down from the anterior axillary fold for 2 horizontal fingers (the width of the thumb), and in the gap between the bellies of the biceps brachii muscle (when the elbow is flexed, a protrusion can be seen on the inner side of the arm), press where there is a sensation of soreness and swelling, and that is the location of this acupoint.
