On the palmar side of the forearm, along the line connecting Marsh at the Crook (PC-3) and Great Mound (PC-7), 3 cun above the wrist transverse crease, between the palmaris longus tendon and the flexor carpi radialis tendon. (This acupoint is bilateral, one on each side.)
Extend the arm with the palm facing up and slightly bend the wrist to make a fist. Measure upwards from the wrist transverse crease for 4 horizontal fingers, and in the depression between the palmaris longus tendon and the flexor carpi radialis tendon (the two cord-like tendons that can be felt on the inner side of the arm, which become more visible when making a fist and flexing the wrist forcefully), press where there is a sensation of soreness and swelling, and that is the location of this acupoint.
