On the palmar side of the forearm, along the line connecting Marsh at the Crook (PC-3) and Great Mound (PC-7), 2 cun above the wrist transverse crease, between the palmaris longus tendon and the flexor carpi radialis tendon. (This acupoint is bilateral, one on each side.)
Step 1: Extend the arm with the palm facing up and slightly bend the wrist to make a fist; Step 2: On the inner side of the arm, you can feel two distinct cord-like tendons (the palmaris longus tendon and the flexor carpi radialis tendon); Step 3: Measure upwards from the wrist crease on the palm side for 2 horizontal fingers (the width of the interphalangeal joint of the thumb is considered 1 cun), and the depression between the two tendons is the location of this acupoint.
