1.Nervous system and mental disorders: Neurasthenia, schizophrenia, headache, dizziness, trigeminal neuralgia, intercostal neuralgia, ulnar neuritis, ulnar nerve paralysis; 2.Respiratory system diseases: Tuberculosis, pleurisy; 3.Movement system diseases: Stiff neck, numbness of the forearm and soft tissue diseases around the elbow joint, spasmodic pain in the elbow and arm, lower limb atrophy and paralysis; 4.Other conditions: Angina pectoris, lymphadenitis, boils, tuberculous lymphadenitis, acute paralysis or atrophy of the hyoid muscles, etc.
On the inner side of the elbow transverse crease, at the midpoint of the line connecting the medial end of the elbow crease with the medial epicondyle of the humerus, the acupoint is located with the elbow flexed. (This acupoint is bilateral, one on each side.)
Step 1: Bend the elbow at a right angle; Step 2: At the inner end of the elbow transverse crease, you can feel a depression, and pressing it produces a sour and numb sensation, which is the location of this acupoint.
