Heart pain, loss of voice, wrist and arm pain, spasmodic pain in the elbow and arm, sudden hoarseness or loss of voice due to acute laryngeal conditions, etc..
On the palmar side of the forearm, on the radial edge of the flexor carpi ulnaris tendon, 1.5 cun above the wrist transverse crease. (This acupoint is bilateral, one on each side.)
Extend the elbow and turn the palm upwards, making a tight fist. On the inner side of the forearm, you can feel two large tendons (the flexor carpi ulnaris tendon and the superficial flexor tendon of the fingers). Along the depression between the two tendons, measure upwards from the wrist crease for two horizontal fingers (the breadth of the index and middle fingers), and press where there is a sensation of soreness and swelling, which is the location of this acupoint.
