Main Diseases for Treatment

Main indications include heart pain, palpitations, anxiety, sudden muteness, difficulty speaking due to tongue stiffness, pain on the inner side of the wrist and arm, elbow and forearm pain, sore throat and swelling, headache, dizziness, red and hot face, enuresis, excessive menstruation, and mania, etc.

Acupoint Location

On the palmar side of the forearm, at the radial edge of the flexor carpi ulnaris tendon, 1 cun above the wrist transverse crease. (This acupoint is bilateral, one on each side.)

Acupoint Selection Techniques

Extend the elbow and turn the palm upwards, making a tight fist. On the inner side of the forearm, you can feel a large tendon (the flexor carpi ulnaris tendon). Measure upwards along the lateral side of this tendon from the wrist crease for one horizontal finger width, and press where there is a sensation of soreness and swelling, which is the location of this acupoint.
