Heart pain, palpitations, night sweats, hemoptysis, loss of voice, etc.

On the palmar side of the forearm, at the radial edge of the flexor carpi ulnaris tendon, 0.5 cun above the wrist transverse crease. (This acupoint is bilateral, one on each side.)

Step 1: Extend the elbow and turn the palm upwards, clenching the fist forcefully;
Step 2: On the inner side of the forearm, you can palpate a large tendon (flexor carpi ulnaris tendon);
Step 3: Starting from the wrist crease on the palm side, measure halfway up along the lateral side of this tendon (opposite the midpoint of the thumb nail), and that is the location of this acupoint.
