Chest pain, heart palpitations, spasms of the little finger, heat in the palm, itching and pain in the perineum, skin itching, difficult urination, enuresis, etc.
On the palmar side of the hand, between the 4th and 5th metacarpals, when making a fist, it is located at the tip of the little finger. (This acupoint is bilateral, one on each side.)
Extend the hand partially into a fist. Press the first transverse crease on the palm with the tips of the ring finger and little finger, and the spot between the two fingertips where there is a sensation of soreness and swelling upon pressing is the location of this acupoint.
