On the head, directly above the midpoint of the anterior hairline by 1 cun, and 1.5 cun lateral to it. (This acupoint is bilateral, one on each side.)
Sit up straight or lie on your back. Measure one horizontal finger width straight up from the midpoint of the hairline, then measure two horizontal fingers (index and middle fingers) laterally, directly above the side of the nose, and press where there is a painful sensation, which is the location of this acupoint.
