Lumbar and sacral pain, irregular menstruation, leukorrhea, difficulty with urination and defecation, lower limb atrophy and numbness, etc.
On the sacral region, between the posterior superior iliac spine and the posterior median line, directly opposite the first posterior sacral foramen. (This acupoint is bilateral, one on each side.)
Step 1: Lie prone; Step 2: Starting from the highest point of the iliac crest at the back of the pelvis, feel inward and downward along the sacral horns on both sides to identify a prominent bony protrusion (the posterior superior iliac spine), and the central prominence of the iliac bone at the same level is the first sacral vertebra; Step 3: The depression next to the first sacral vertebra is the location of this acupoint.
