Lower abdominal pain, gastrointestinal rumbling with diarrhea, hematochezia, irregular menstruation, leukorrhea, hernia pain, vulvar itching, lumbosacral pain, lower limb paralysis, and sciatica, etc.
On the sacral region, just medial and inferior to the Middle Bone Hole (BL-33) acupoint, directly opposite the center of the fourth posterior sacral foramen. (This acupoint is bilateral, one on each side.)
Step 1: Lie prone; Step 2: In the lumbosacral area, feel along the posterior median line downward to find a depression, which is the sacral hiatus; Step 3: On both sides of the sacral hiatus, you can feel a depression, which is the location of this acupoint.
