Located at the midpoint of the popliteal crease on the human body, between the tendons of the biceps femoris and the semitendinosus muscles. (This acupoint is bilateral, one on each side.)
Step 1: Lie prone or stand; Step 2: On the popliteal crease, the midpoint between the two large tendons (biceps femoris tendon and semitendinosus tendon) is the location of this acupoint.
