Cough, asthma, pulmonary tuberculosis, forgetfulness, nocturnal emission, indigestion of grains.

Located on the back of the human body, below the spinous process of the 4th thoracic vertebra, about four finger widths to the side (or 3 cun lateral), on the inner side of the scapula, it is painful when pressed. (This acupoint is bilateral, one on each side.)

Step 1: Sit up straight or lie prone;
Step 2: When the upper arm hangs naturally, it touches the chest wall, and the lower angle of the scapula can be determined;
Step 3: The intersection of the line connecting the lower angles of both scapulae with the posterior median line is at the 7th thoracic vertebra;
Step 4: Push up vertically from the spinous process of the 7th thoracic vertebra for three vertebral spinous processes to reach the spinous process of the 4th thoracic vertebra;
Step 5: Draw a horizontal line below the spinous process of the 4th thoracic vertebra, and the point where this line intersects with the inner edge of the scapula is the location of this acupoint.
