Lumbosacral pain, hemorrhoids, lower limb atrophy and numbness, and sciatica, etc.
On the buttock, level with the fourth posterior sacral foramen, 3 cun lateral to the median sacral crest. (This acupoint is bilateral, one on each side.)
Lie prone. Measure four horizontal fingers laterally from the Lower Bone Hole (BL-34) (refer to "Lower Bone Hole"), and press where there is a sensation of soreness and swelling; this is the location of this acupoint.
