Headaches, dizziness, epilepsy, mania, back and leg pain, ankle joint pain, and aversion to cold (chill intolerance), etc.
On the lateral side of the foot, in the depression directly below the external malleolus. (This acupoint is bilateral, one on each side.)
Step 1: Sit up straight with feet touching the ground or lie prone; Step 2: From the highest point of the external malleolus, touch vertically downward to find a depression, which is the location of this acupoint.
