Headaches, dizziness, epilepsy, convulsions in children, waist and knee pain, lower limb atrophy and numbness, and external malleolus pain.
On the lateral side of the foot, directly below the anterior edge of the external malleolus, at the lower edge of the cuboid bone. (This acupoint is bilateral, one on each side.)
Sit up straight with feet touching the ground or lie prone. When the toes are curled upward, a bone protrusion can be seen, which is the cuboid bone. On the lateral side of the cuboid bone, a depression can be felt, which has a sensation of soreness and swelling when pressed; this is the location of this acupoint.
