Headaches, stiff neck, epilepsy, waist and leg pain, ankle joint pain, etc.
On the lateral side of the foot, below the prominence of the 5th metatarsal bone, at the junction of the red and white skin. (This acupoint is bilateral, one on each side.)
Sit up straight with feet touching the ground or lie prone. Follow the long bone behind the little toe backward, and you can feel a protrusion (the prominence of the 5th metatarsal bone). Below this protrusion, at the junction of the palm and back (the junction of the red and white skin), press to find a depression, which is the location of this acupoint.
