On the lateral side of the foot, behind the base joint of the little toe (the 5th metatarsophalangeal joint), at the junction of the red and white skin. (This acupoint is bilateral, one on each side.)
Sit up straight with feet dangling or lie on your back. At the back of the joint formed by the little toe and the sole of the foot (the 5th metatarsophalangeal joint), on the junction of the palm and back (the junction of the red and white skin), you can feel a depression that has a sensation of soreness and swelling when pressed; this is the location of this acupoint.
