On the chest, at the lower edge of the midpoint of the clavicle, 4 cun from the anterior midline. (This acupoint is bilateral, one on each side.)
Sit upright and lean back. The depression where the midline of the breastbone intersects with the lower edge of the clavicle (subclavian fossa), where pressing elicits a sensation of soreness and swelling, is the location of the acupoint.
