On the upper abdomen, 4 cun above the center of the navel, 2 cun from the anterior midline. (This acupoint is bilateral, one on each side.)
Step 1: Lie on your back. Step 2: Feel along the anterior median line downward to locate the depression formed between the sternum body and the xiphoid process, which is known as the sternal-xiphoid junction. Step 3: From the midpoint of the line connecting the sternal-xiphoid junction to the navel, draw a horizontal line. Step 4: This line will intersect with the midline of the breast, which is the vertical line passing through the nipple. Step 5: The acupoint is located at the midpoint between these two intersections.
