Lower abdominal pain, difficult urination, enuresis, constipation, menstrual irregularities, hernia, etc.
On the lower abdomen, 3 cun below the center of the navel, 2 cun from the anterior midline. (This acupoint is bilateral, one on each side.)
Step 1: Lie supine. Step 2: Locate the pubic symphysis: Press vertically downward along the anterior midline of the lower abdomen to reach a bone, which is the pubic symphysis. Step 3: Divide the line connecting the center of the navel and the midpoint of the upper edge of the pubic symphysis into five equal parts. Step 4: Draw a horizontal line at the intersection of the upper 3/5 and lower 2/5 of this line. Step 5: This line will intersect with the midline of the breast (the vertical line through the nipple). Step 6: The midpoint between these two intersections is where the acupoint is located.
