On the lower abdomen, 4 cun below the center of the navel, 2 cun from the anterior midline. (This acupoint is bilateral, one on each side.)
Step 1: Lie supine. Step 2: Identify the pubic symphysis: Press vertically downward along the anterior midline of the lower abdomen to feel a bone; this bone is the pubic symphysis. Step 3: Divide the line connecting the center of the navel and the midpoint of the upper edge of the pubic symphysis into five equal parts. Step 4: Draw a horizontal line at the intersection of the lower 1/5 and the upper 4/5 of this line. Step 5: This line will intersect with the midline of the breast (the vertical line through the nipple). Step 6: The midpoint between these two intersections is the location of the acupoint.
