Headache, dizziness, red eyes, abdominal distension, constipation, mania, facial and head edema, lower limb atrophy and numbness, weak ankles, and ankle joint diseases, etc.
On the dorsal side of the foot, at the central depression of the transverse crease of the ankle joint, between the tendons of the extensor hallucis longus and the extensor digitorum longus. (This acupoint is bilateral, one on each side.)
Step 1: Sit upright with feet dangling or lie supine with the dorsal side of the foot flexed. Step 2: At the midpoint of the anterior transverse crease of the ankle joint on the dorsal side of the foot, directly opposite the second toe, is the location of the acupoint.
