On the temple, above the hairline, at the midpoint of the arc connecting Head's Corner (ST-8) and Crook of the Temple (GB-7). (This acupoint is bilateral, one on each side.)
Step 1: Sit up straight or lie on your side; Step 2: First, locate Head's Corner (ST-8) (refer to "Head's Corner") and Crook of the Temple (GB-7) (refer to "Crook of the Temple"); Step 3: Take an elastic band marked with two equal parts, stretch the band so that its ends correspond to Head's Corner (ST-8) and Crook of the Temple (GB-7); Step 4: The midpoint of this band corresponds to the location of this acupoint.
