Headaches, stiff neck, tinnitus, deafness, toothache, tuberculous lymphadenitis, goiter, arm pain with inability to raise, and leg atrophy with inability to walk.

On the head, above and behind the mastoid process of the ear, at the intersection of the middle third and upper third of the arc connecting Heavenly Rushing (GB-9) and Mastoid Process (GB-12). (This acupoint is bilateral, one on each side.)

Step 1: Sit up straight or lie on your side.
Step 2: Measure from the upper edge of the ear root backward into the hairline for 1 horizontal finger width, and press where there is a depression; this is the location of this acupoint.
