On the forehead, directly above the pupil, 1 cun above the eyebrow. (This acupoint is bilateral, one on each side.)
Step 1: Sit up straight or lie on your back, looking straight ahead; Step 2: Measure straight up from the pupil to a point 1 horizontal finger width above the eyebrow (the width of the interphalangeal joint of the thumb is considered 1 cun), and this is the location of this acupoint.
