Located on the human head, at the upper edge of the external prominence of the occipital bone, 2.25 cun lateral to the midline of the head, level with the Brain House acupoint. (This acupoint is bilateral, one on each side.)
Step 1: Sit up straight or bend forward. Step 2: From the midline of the head, follow the upper edge of the external prominence of the occipital bone (the highest bone at the back of the head) and measure outwards for 2 horizontal fingers (the breadth of the thumb). Step 3: Slightly to the outer side, you can feel a depression, which is the location of this acupoint.
