On the shoulder, directly in front of the nipple, at the midpoint of the line connecting Great Vertebra (GV-14) and the tip of the acromion. (This acupoint is bilateral, one on each side.)
Step 1: Sit down, lower your head; Step 2: Determine the posterior median line: that is, a vertical line made in the center of the back; Step 3: On the posterior median line, there is a noticeable protrusion on the vertebrae at the junction of the neck and upper back; Step 4: This protrusion is the spinous process of the 7th cervical vertebra, which can move with the neck's left and right rotation, and there is a depression below this spinous process, which is the Great Vertebra (GV-14) acupoint; Step 5: The midpoint of the line connecting Great Vertebra (GV-14) and the highest point of the shoulder, when aligned with the center of the nipple, is the location of this acupoint.
