Neck pain, migraine, eye diseases, cholecystitis, cholelithiasis, chest and rib distension, intercostal neuralgia, hemiplegia from stroke, lower limb atrophy and numbness, malaria, beriberi, heel pain, sciatica, etc.
On the anterior-inferior side of the external malleolus of the foot, in the depression on the lateral side of the extensor hallucis longus tendon. (This acupoint is bilateral, one on each side.)
Sit or lie supine. Locate the intersection of the vertical line from the anterior edge of the external malleolus and the horizontal line from the lower edge. Press and find the depression, which is the acupoint.
