Rib pain, dizziness, migraine, pain at the outer corner of the eye, mastitis, malaria, menstrual irregularities, and swelling and pain of the foot.
On the lateral side of the dorsal foot, behind the base joint of the fourth toe (the fourth metatarsophalangeal joint), in the depression on the lateral side of the extensor tendon of the little toe. (This acupoint is bilateral, one on each side.)
Step 1: Sit or lie supine with the little toe raised upwards. Step 2: On the dorsal side of the foot, between the fourth and fifth metatarsal bones, you can feel a cord-like structure (the extensor tendon of the little toe). Step 3: On the lateral edge of this tendon, in front of the junction of the fourth and fifth metatarsal bones, you can feel a depression, which is the acupoint.
