Headache, red and painful eyes, tinnitus, deafness, chest fullness, rib pain, armpit swelling, mastitis, and swelling of the foot.
On the lateral side of the dorsal foot, behind the base joint of the fourth toe (the fourth toe joint), between the fourth and fifth metatarsal bones, on the medial edge of the extensor tendon of the little toe. (This acupoint is bilateral, one on each side.)
Sit or lie supine with the little toe raised. Between the fourth and fifth metatarsal bones, you can see a prominent tendon (the extensor tendon of the little toe). The depression on the medial edge of this tendon is the acupoint.
