Rib pain, chills and fever, headache, dizziness, tinnitus, deafness, pain at the outer corner of the eye, swelling of the cheek and jaw, swelling and pain on the dorsal foot, spasms of the toes, as well as high blood pressure, mastitis, palpitations, chest and rib pain, knee and thigh pain, malaria, etc.
On the dorsal side of the foot, between the fourth and fifth toes, behind the webbing at the junction of the red and white skin where the toes meet. (This acupoint is bilateral, one on each side.)
Sit or lie supine. Locate the acupoint at the junction where the web between the fourth and fifth toes on the dorsal side of the foot meets, and press where there is a sensation of soreness and swelling.
