Stomach pain, abdominal distension, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, fever without sweating, cold hands and feet, etc.
On the medial edge of the foot, at the depression where the red and white skin meet, anterior and inferior to the first metatarsophalangeal joint of the big toe. (This acupoint is bilateral, one on each side.)
Sit upright with feet dangling or lie supine. At the junction of the big toe and the sole of the foot where the first metatarsophalangeal joint is located, you can feel a depression on the boundary between the palmar and dorsal sides, anterior and inferior to the joint. Pressing this area, if there is a sensation of soreness and swelling, indicates the location of the acupoint.
