Located three inches directly above the tip of the medial malleolus, on the posterior edge of the tibia. (This acupoint is bilateral, one on each side.)
Step 1: Sit upright or lie on your back. Step 2: Align the four fingers together, with the lower edge of the little finger resting just above the tip of the medial malleolus, the upper edge of the index finger will be at the back of the medial bone (tibia) of the lower leg, which is the location of the acupoint.
