1.Stroke, epilepsy, headache, dizziness, red and swollen eyes, green blindness, and mouth deformity caused by liver meridian wind-heat syndrome; 2. Irregular menstruation, dysmenorrhea, metrorrhagia, and leukorrhea, and other gynecological conditions; 3. Enuresis, urinary retention, and other urinary system conditions; 4. Hernia; 5. Chest and rib pain.
On the dorsal side of the foot, between the first and second toes, at the posterior edge of the interdigital fold where the red and white skin meet. (This acupoint is bilateral, one on each side.)
Step 1: Sit or lie supine. Step 2: On the dorsal side of the foot, at the junction where the first and second toes meet, press where there is a depression at the head of the interdigital crease; this is the location of the acupoint.
