On the dorsal side of the foot, in the depression located behind the first intermetatarsal space. (This acupoint is bilateral, one on each side.)
Step 1: Sit or lie supine. Step 2: Starting from the head of the interdigital crease between the first and second toes, push towards the dorsal side of the foot. Step 3: When you reach the front of the junction of the first and second metatarsal bones, you can feel a depression, which is the location of the acupoint.
