Hernia, penile pain, nocturnal emission, difficult urination, jaundice, chest and abdominal distension, back pain, cold feet, and swelling and pain at the medial malleolus.
On the dorsal side of the foot, in front of the medial malleolus, between the line connecting Metal Mound (SP-5) and Dividing Cleft (ST-41), in the medial depression of the anterior tibial tendon. (This acupoint is bilateral, one on each side.)
Step 1: Sit or lie supine with the big toe raised. Step 2: On the medial side of the dorsal foot, you can see a large tendon (the anterior tibial tendon). A depression can be felt on its inner side, located in front and below the medial malleolus, which is the location of the acupoint.
