1.Urogenital system diseases: Irregular menstruation, pelvic inflammatory disease, enuresis, difficult urination; 2.Other diseases: Lower back and leg pain, sacroiliac arthritis, lumbar muscle strain, inguinal lymphadenitis.
On the inner side of the thigh, 4 cun above the medial epicondyle of the femur, between the adductor magnus and the sartorius muscles. (This acupoint is bilateral, one on each side.)
Stand or sit with the thigh slightly abducted, contract the muscles forcefully to reveal the prominent sartorius muscle, measure upwards from the medial epicondyle of the femur by four horizontal fingers (approximately 3 cun), then measure up another horizontal finger (approximately 1 cun), between the sartorius and the adductor magnus muscles, press where there is a sensation of soreness and swelling, which is the location of the acupoint.
