Lower abdominal pain and bloating, difficult urination, vaginal protrusion, testicular swelling and pain, excessive sleepiness, limb fatigue, neck scrofula, scrotal eczema, testicular swelling and pain, urinary retention, enuresis, inner thigh pain, lower abdominal distension and pain, fatigue, chest tightness, and shortness of breath.
On the inner side of the thigh, 3 cun directly below Qichong, at the thigh root, below the pubic tubercle, on the outer edge of the adductor longus muscle. (This acupoint is bilateral, one on each side.)
Lie supine with legs extended. Start from the midpoint of the upper edge of the pubic symphysis and move laterally by two horizontal fingers (the width of the thumb), then measure straight down by four horizontal fingers. The location where pressing induces a pulsating sensation of an artery is the acupoint.
