1.Irregular menstruation, leukorrhea, vaginal protrusion; 2.Nocturnal emission, impotence, difficult urination; 3.Hemoptysis, sore throat and painful throat; 4.Thirst; 5.Infantile umbilical wind, inability to open the mouth; 6.Atrophy and numbness of the lower limbs, pain in the foot and ankle.
On the medial edge of the foot, below the tuberosity of the navicular bone, at the junction of the red and white skin. (This acupoint is bilateral, one on each side.)
Step 1: Sit or lie supine. Step 2: At the front and lower part of the medial malleolus, you can feel a distinct bony landmark—the navicular bone. Step 3: In front and below the tuberosity of the navicular bone, you can feel a depression. Press where there is a sensation of soreness and swelling; this is the location of the acupoint.
