1.Epilepsy, insomnia, and other mental and cognitive disorders; 2.Dry throat, sore throat, painful eyes and teeth, and other heat-related diseases of the five senses; 3.Difficult urination, frequent urination; 4.Irregular menstruation, leukorrhea, vaginal protrusion, vaginal itching, dysmenorrhea, and other gynecological disorders; 5.Atrophy and numbness of the lower limbs.
On the medial side of the foot, in the depression below the tip of the medial malleolus. (This acupoint is bilateral, one on each side.)
Step 1: Sit upright with feet dangling or lie on your back. Step 2: Push vertically downward from the tip of the medial malleolus to the depression at its lower edge, which is the location of the acupoint.
