Genital pain, lower abdominal pain, nocturnal emission, impotence, enuresis, hernia, difficult urination, urinary retention, testicular swelling and pain, urinary incontinence, etc.
On the lower abdomen, 5 cun below the center of the navel, 0.5 cun lateral to the anterior midline. (This acupoint is bilateral, one on each side.)
Step 1: Lie on your back. Step 2: Feel along the anterior midline of the abdomen downward to identify a bone, which is the pubic symphysis. Step 3: From the intersection of the upper edge of the pubic symphysis and the anterior midline, measure laterally by half a horizontal finger width (the transverse diameter of the interphalangeal joint of the thumb is 1 cun), and this location is the acupoint.
