Irregular menstruation, abdominal pain, diarrhea, constipation, lower back and abdominal pain, hard and dry stools, and difficulty in urination, etc..
On the lower abdomen, 1 cun below the center of the navel, 0.5 cun lateral to the anterior midline. (This acupoint is bilateral, one on each side.)
Lie supine. Measure one horizontal finger width downward from the navel, then measure half a horizontal finger width laterally from the anterior midline. The location where pressing induces a sensation of soreness and swelling is the acupoint.
